The beauty that allows you to contemplate the wonderful outdoor terrace is absolutely amazing, as they are accompanied by spectacular views of the mountains. Here they find the perfect corner to eat in the sun and then relax on two sun loungers and three beach chairs. Next, a glazed barbecue area with sofas invites you to prepare delicious summer grilled dishes while having an aperitif and chatting together. Inside, the air-conditioned living-dining room invites you to watch an interesting series or a movie. The kitchen, preserving the traditional style of an authentic Mallorcan kitchen, is fully equipped, among many other things, with plenty of storage, a long countertop, gas stove, oven, microwave and a table to prepare your recipes more comfortably. The laundry room has a washing machine, iron and ironing board. Four bedrooms, two of them with two single beds, one with a double bed and the last with a single bed, offer a nice space to rest. Three have air conditioning and all have a closet and direct access to a beautiful balcony. In addition, one of the rooms with two single beds pushed together offers an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub and space to prepare a cot and a high chair for your baby if they need it. Then, a second independent bathroom with a shower serves the entire house. There is gas heating for the colder months. The accommodation is located in the heart of Puerto de Pollença, a very lively area that, especially during the summer, comes alive thanks to all the restaurants, bars and shops that are located below around the entire square. Although you should keep in mind that this can cause a bit of noise, it is great since every Wednesday, right in front, there is a nice market where you can buy fresh fruit and vegetables. The extensive beach of Puerto de Pollença is about 400 meters away and is ideal for families with children. The town is backed by mountains that hide many beautiful cycling or walking routes. Access to the upper private terrace is via the communal stairs. Note: This rental cannot accept clients under 25 years of age, except in cases where it is a family stay.
